1TOps envisions a centralized operating centre where enhanced collaboration and shared resources among four different facilities are integrated into a unified operations centre housed in the Remote Operating Centre, ROC and Collaborative Working Environment, CWE here in Terengganu Gas Terminal. Deployment of lean and tactical workforces between the operations teams and the centralized maintenance planning execution team, CMPE, is further supported with digital innovations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety of the facility operations are achieved with the embodiment of the PETRONAS cultural beliefs of Innovate With ROC, we are able to integrate all 4 Terminals namely TCOT,TGAST,OGT and OSC under 1 roof as Integrated Command and Control (iC3) here at TGAST.
